Nebraska junior offensive lineman Nouredin Nouili, who began the ultimate seven video games final fall, will miss the 2022 season due to a failed drug check.
Nouili introduced on Twitter that the NCAA declared him ineligible for the season. He can be allowed to follow with Nebraska this fall and plans to return in 2023.
“I wish to apologize to my household, teammates, coaches, and Husker followers for my error in judgement,” Nouili’s put up reads. “It’s an honor to be part of this soccer program and symbolize this college, and I don’t take that accountability possible. Due to Coach [Scott] Frost, our athletic and college administration for permitting me to proceed to be a part of this program in 2022.”

A local of Frankfurt, Germany, Nouili was an change pupil and completed highschool in Firth, Nebraska, not removed from Nebraska’s campus.
