Each summer season South Carolina Division of Pure Sources (SCDNR) provides a workshop for academics utilizing South Carolina estuaries because the classroom.

This yr, July 12-14, 2022, academics are inspired to hitch SCDNR as they discover salt marsh dynamics with marine researchers to gather and analyze information.

In line with DNR officers, academics will have the ability to deliver house standards-based, STEM classroom classes to show to their college students within the upcoming faculty yr.

Every day individuals will discover a unique facet of the estuary. A part of the day might be spent within the marsh or on a ship with biologists and science educators studying how one can monitor the estuary and analyze the information.
