Michael “Joe” Miller joined the Little Rock Police Division in October of 2000. After graduating Recruit College #57 Miller was assigned to the Southwest Division, and ultimately the Downtown Division the place he spent most of his patrol expertise. Assistant Chief Miller holds a Bachelor’s diploma in Criminology from Arkansas State College in Jonesboro.
